P4/5 enjoyed a fantastic Book Blanket session, exploring a wide selection of texts from across different genres—including fiction, non-fiction, and poetry. Pupils spent time browsing, reading, and discovering new favourites. Several enthusiastic readers volunteered to give book tasters, sharing excerpts or explaining why they would recommend their chosen book. A wonderful way to build reading excitement and develop confident, passionate young readers!
