School Choir gets 'Best Song' award at Holywood Festival
Congratulations to our school choir who performed at Holywood Music Festival on Tuesday 18th November. They were up against some stiff competition from St. John Paul II, Sullivan Prep and St. Comgall's choirs. Our school choir was placed joint second, but the Adjudicator, Gillian McCutcheon, awarded us the Maurice Foster Memorial Cup for singing the best song of the morning, our performance of 'Mary Had a Little Blues'.
Well done to everyone involved and a big thanks to all our supporters who came along to see and hear us on Tuesday morning! Photos of the choir, trophy and mark sheet are below.
We're looking forward to our next performance at the same venue for the Holywood School Carol Service in December.
