P6/7 Class Assembly, Friday 27th February
Our P6/7 pupils delivered a thoughtful and inspiring assembly this week, focusing on the importance of looking after our mental wellbeing. Through drama, reflection and practical demonstrations, the children explored how small daily actions can make a big difference to how we feel.
They shared a range of simple mindfulness strategies- such as deep breathing, positive self-talk, grounding techniques and moments of quiet gratitude-to help us manage stress, stay calm and look after our emotional health.
The assembly encouraged everyone in our school community to pause, take a breath and remember that caring for our minds is just as important as caring for our bodies. Well done to all our pupils for spreading such a positive and meaningful message.
